Yamaha SGV Tremelo part needed

Hello
I am in the process of bringing a Yamaha SGV 300 back to life but have just found a problem with the Tremelo unit and was hoping that someone might have some spares ..... or a suggestion of where to find them as I have seen others mention that Ural guitars had a Tremendous based on the Yamaha design that could fit in place ? .... Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated ....
The image in the link shows the part which is the lever which connects the springs to the bridge.
