Thanks!
I forgot to make pics during spraying the blue coats....
Meanwhile she looks like this

As said before I'll do some yellowed clear coats to turn the colour into a more greenish look.

I don't know if the colour is faithful to what naked eye sees but I love the shade! :?

Thank you! I tried to blend in the colour from the picture. However it's slightly darker in reality.

After spraying several clear and yellow tinted coats of nitro, endless drying time, wet sanding and polishing I'm finally done. Made bridge saddles from threaded steel and complemented brass shielding. Maybe she's a little bit too greenish but at the end of the day I'm happy with the result.

I wasn't expecting this greenish hue but I've got to admit that it's nonetheless quite cool and the ageing has been done tastefully.
Again, phenomenal work on all accounts.

Congratulations and thanks for sharing!

Absolutely brilliant!

I admire those of you who can do such high quality restoration work.

I hope it sounds great too.

Thank you all for the kind words! I appreciate that very much.
But I must say that not any of my restoration work is perfect. Flawless finish on a body is a big challenge, especially when you don‘t do that every day. Also I don‘t have professional equipment and space for painting, so every finish I do includes some bugs and dust. :squint: ;D

Forgot to say that I refretted the neck, made a new nut, stripped the poly finish from back and sprayed it with nitro lacquer. Sorry, but I hate the whitish poly on 70's Fender guitar necks.
I‘ll post more pics soon.

Sorry Pat, due to limited time capacity I'm not able to do this. As said before I'm a hobbyist. Furthermore I have a job, family, house, garden, animals, band....
