I sold this one a while back - I'm not sure where it is these days.

I have also come over here from Highnumber's bass vi resurrection thread. This jazzmaster surgery is equally impressive. I don't think I will look at another butchered old offset the same. This project and the previously mentioned bass vi illustrate that these things can be pretty far gone and still find a second life as their first incarnations.

Incredible work here Will. The documentation was awesome and as someone else in the thread mentioned, I just binged this whole 14 pages of posts. Thanks for sharing.

So how does it sound?

I'm working on a Jaguar that had the body routed out for hum buckers at some point, then someone must have thought better and put it all back to stock. What would one use to refill the missing wood? Some sort of wood epoxy or what?? thanks.

Wood and glue. Then re-route in the original pattern.

Or if hidden by the pickguard anyway, leave it and enjoy the modest weight saving.
