Yes, I know it's Ice Blue Metallic, I was inquiring it someone had posted a pic of an IBM XII?    I considering IBM for my Maverick refin.

the pic is from Krist's days in Sweet 75, he mainly played XII's and had a few of them

OH NOOOOOOO!!!  :o

I'm still pretty high on doing this in black but I've started.. gulp.. thinking

if I can't salvage the guard should I just get a custom cut white or mint guard and go with a metallic finish like FMS, BMM, or FMG?

I'm starting to gassy over these choices now.. think this is where the indecision sets in.. hmmmm  :-\

If not black, I think it would look great in Dakota red with the matching headstock and a white guard. I am kind of partial to Dakota though..  :D  IBM would look really  :? :? though.

seriously I'm 90% set on black but if the guard is shit and the one on ebay I'm watching goes for too much then I might opt for something else
