Even with that gaping exposed hole under the vol/tone, it’s an improvement!
i didn't even notice the hole. ya know what would be cool? sending it off to will.
speaking of bronco's, pat, do you still have the broncoblaster? that thing haunted my dreams for a good 2 years
Yes of course I still have the BroncoBlaster, and adore it!
About properly restoring this one (will), I think she's not worth it, and I kinda like it fucked up as it is - a good old beater to throw around

also is that a 70's maple jazzmaster neck that came with it and did you keep it?
I had that neck made for me in Mexico. Gotta start a JM project someday, too...

I remember seeing that neck in the early days of OSG and drooling over it. It definitely fueled an unhealthy obsession with maple BBB.

DAAAAAAAMN. See I didn't even catch that part. This listing contains multitudes y'all.
Some people just want to see guitars burn I guess.

Last update regarding my black Bronco: i was too dumb to figure out how to correctly wire/solder the Little59, so I put this ancient PAF DiMarzio SDS-1 in there and it SCREAMS.
I'd prefer a tinted neck but hey no hurry...
And yes a high E saddle - but for now the screw in there does its job OK...

Looks kinda like a Marauder, and kinda like one of those Jaguar/Jazzmaster far-from-authentic copies that come from China.

Yes, it's definitely one of those cheap Chinese copies. That deformed upper horn is a dead giveaway.
They can be found on AliExpress, or in Europe Bax Music sells them under their budget brand Fazley, and Gear4Music as the "Seattle".
I actually quite like the paint job, except for the rather unfortunate scrotal-looking wattle.

You know what, that body shape (without the pickguard and Strat trem) is pretty cool. I bet someone here could make a legitimately awesome guitar out of a body like that. Without the cock art of course.
