Here's Syrup. She's been played quite a bit throughout the years.

I was just thinking "that looks like Puisheen's Pancake JM, and it's called syrup... what a coincidence!"

Re: We need a thread for beat-up Jags and Jazzmasters.
I am not sure where the line between beat and worn begins and ends, but I have a few that fall somewhere in that region. Here are two of them. These ones aren't trashed by any means, but they were and still are PLAYED. They aren't babied now either.
I've had this '64 Jazzmaster for about 12 or 13 years now. She's all original except for the nut.
Here is my 100% original, Olympic white '65 Jaguar. I've had this one for about 5 or 6 years. It is my favorite guitar of all time. Just absolutely perfect in every way. If I had to pare down to just one, this would be it.

Dude this thing is so gorgeous. I saw it on eBay a couple weeks ago. it's inspired me to one day own a yellowed blonde JM with a red tort guard. Not a look I was a fan of before but man, this thing is pretty.PJazzmaster wrote:seen on ebay:

What would Syrup be without Pancake? My '61 is part of a complete breakfast.
