Also the logic should be that a place that is operated irresponsibly enough to have a known rat problem is also operated irresponsible enough to NOT have sufficient security cameras and preventative security measures.

I've only ever briefly had a storage locker at one point in my life (between moves, short duration), but they are like surgeons... I don't want the least expensive one I can find!
