There was a fairly small group working on these it seems. My '58 was signed by Gail, the '59 again by Esper.

Looking at Mez's Esper above, you can really see how the E would look just like a 3 if looked at upside down.

Uchison, is that what you meant by the answer being under your nose? Who is rewinding your pickup? Peter the Pickup Whiz was able to repair several of mine without a complete rewind.

Mez - I don't think I've ever seen another Gail. Do you think it could have been the famous Abigail? Abigail Ybarra ?

My Competition Blue Mustang has a J on the back and my Competition Red has a L squiggly with a 13.

Nice to see Esper, Mel and the gang are still making appearances.

I have a "Mary" guard from a 63 JM. Not sure if I remember who signed my '66. I'll look soon. I have to take the guard off to clean the pots and toggle switch soon.

OP - I would love to see some more pics of your '59. ...sure it's totally drool worthy!

I guess .. it doesn't look like the signature she put on pickups but it's possible I suppose.

Could always be Esper's daughter. She signed it on a "take your daughter to work" day.
