Anybody know what this thing is? My searches are coming up completely fruitless.

My best guess is the Roland badge is a red herring.

Re: vintage keyboard ID help
Man, I'm stumped! I've tried every possible search I could think of for the last half hour and came up with nothing. I know there was a point where Roland bought the Rhodes name from Fender, but none of those models were really 'Rhodes-like.' The toggle switches on the left make me think it's more like a very basic organ or clavinet-type piano, but again - no results came up under that search. I even tried widening the search to 'Roland-badged-,' and 'MIJ-' electric pianos, and for a moment I thought maybe it was a rebadged Hohner, but still: nothing. Given the price, it might be worth going to play it - you never know!
The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

Re: vintage keyboard ID help
My other best guess would be Italian, from the Eko/Vox/Crumar/GEM/etc. stable (maybe with the badge off a Roland Cube or something stuck on to make it look less like a cheapo).
Maybe an hour spent on Combo Heaven will yield something.
