Modular fun
Fully involved synth
It’s amazing but I don’t have a clue
My son and I have the same weird taste
in music, this setup puts out some interesting
random sounds, melodic and unexpected

Yes! Eurorack/modular synths are amazing! I've got a few modules as I want to delve into that world more, but haven't quite dove fully in yet.
What modules do you have? Any favorites?

They are amazing but way above my head, that rig is my son’s which started out with a Pittsburgh Modular and after a deep dive into the rabbit hole it’s grown a bit. My contribution is the custom cases, as far as individual modules I’m no help at all.
I try to keep up on guitar, sometimes I find a space and can add to it, some I sit back and just listen.

That's amazing! If you're interested, there are a couple Eurorack module makers who make a module for using your guitar as an input/controller. I'm dying to try that to see how weird it can get.Scout wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 8:46 amThey are amazing but way above my head, that rig is my son’s which started out with a Pittsburgh Modular and after a deep dive into the rabbit hole it’s grown a bit. Re: Modular fun
Very cool! I know there are alot of LFO's, mixers , sequencer and other utility modules.
I'm still figuring out the weirdness of stacking multiple time pedals with octave and a bit of fuzz
thrown in for flavor without going through the modular, but I do like playing along with it.
He's a bit of a mad scientist with that thing, it definitely has a learning curve involved.

Re: Modular fun
I’ve been really afraid of going down that rabbit hole, but I’m missing having a second envelope and LFO with my moog grandmother and want to start a small setup to add those. And that’s where it will all start to go downhill for me…
