the necks went real narrow post '65 as far as I know, apparently, '64 is the last really desirable year :)

The 64' 12 string I played had a really, really nice neck. Just so comfortable. Not too thick, not too thin, just in between and comfortable. And the string spacing for the 12 strings was very nice compared to the old 12 string Rick I played right before it....  :-\

Yep. I played that one a couple weeks ago too, and fuck me sideways did it ever play. I've never played an electric 12 that felt like that. The price seems reasonable too.

Unfortunately I was back in yesterday and it was sold.  >:(

my '62 had a quite thin pencil neck. but it was lovely.
oh and it had the cream in it!!!  :D

ps: btw, i sold it to mikigakki, if that sounds like something to someone. they sell vintage guitars in japan.
