online patchbay planner?

Is there a site online to plan out a patchbay? I usually do it on a notepad but it gets messy when I realize a mistake or want to make a change. Just need a visual with equipment fields & arrows showing the signal flow based on the setup.

turns out using an excel spreadsheet was the easiest way to handle this.
