But I'm pretty extreme when it comes to how a guitar feels. I usually hate all new guitars. I hate the horrible sweaty friction you get during a gig when a guitar has glossy new finish on the neck or whatever. For me a new guitar would have to be a Jag with the neck tru oiled or something and no fretboard markers and a P-90 on it somewhere. If Fender made one of those I would actually buy a new guitar for once in my life. Otherwise I prefer guitars that have been played since the sixties. The neck gets real silky and enjoyable to play on once the finish finally wears off.
i can second this i had a les paul with the block inlay coming out of the fretboard. traded it for a fender rhodes, bought a cij jazzmaster never looked back

I like the trippel pups on the Jaguars and matching body/headstock paint with Ash fretboard. To bad that Fender's Custom Shop is sooooo expensive.
I've been able to afford a 2012 MIJ HH & a 2012 AVRI 62' Jaguars over the last two years. I shoulden't want for another axe but I can't help liking so many of the consept guitars members come up with. With any luck Fender could make some of them. 8)

I loveee the OP's design, it is very cool. The only thing I would change is the relic finish. I think people are really going to regret their relic 10/15 years down the road when its HEAVILY reliced. I would rather add my own character that I've earned... IMO of course. Great design.
