Hello to anyone reading this!
I am primarily a bass player these days, but have been playing guitar since 8th grade (I just can't seem to shake it!). I kind of stumbled into the world of offsets while looking for a new solid body guitar to complement my jazz box. While exploring all of the different style of pickups out there, I watched some random video about the Jazzmaster sound and it was a hard pass. However, one of Mike/Puisheen's videos ended up in my feed (#algorithmsruletheworld) and I decided to give it a listen...some tiny thing awoke in me! Since then, I have spent countless hours listening to sound clips and watching nearly all of Mike's videos. I may developed have a minor obsession.
Now, I am on the search for my first JM, though that has proven to be a bit of a challenge at this time. Hopefully I'll have a NGD sometime soon, and will definitely have more questions along my journey.
Cheers,
