Let The Darkness Fall

A record I did with the amazing Loren Connors and Suzanne Langille with my main dude David Daniell in 1999 has been rereleased on vinyl. No band name or anything, but the four of us have worked together in various combinations and permutations since about ‘97 - David and I since ‘92!

I love it, but we had a small audience. “Fans devoted and few.”

This is a "demo" that I polished to a satin sheen this afternoon. It might just be done, IDK. I've got lots of material right now and I'm 99% I'm axing my last project and starting a new one with a new name. Some of you will recognize this from my drum set quest thread.

Anyway, I'm open to notes.

Last year I recorded an EP of original solo material as a christmas gift for my girlfriend (all the songs are related to our relationship and stuff we share, inside jokes etc.). I did everything from top to bottom: recorded everything (including drums, lol), did all the mixing, designed the album cover etc. The cover art is our first photo together.

I can safely say that I would definitely like to spend more time mixing it

but it served it's purpose and despite the mix and overusage of Echolette tape echo, I am generally fine with it.
