Can Anyone Help Me Identify This Song?

I've had this file on my computer for a while now and I don't know where it came from.  All I know is that it is called action.mp3 and it has really grown on me.  Will someone please help me figure out what band this is, it's driving me crazy.

well, we never technically split up, i like to think of it more as an extended hiatus. we're constantly talking about getting back together, but something always comes in the way. the fact that there's six of us, all pretty busy, doesn't exactly allow casual get-togethers, you know...
