Throwing this out here on the off chance that any OSGers happen to pass through Södermanland in about two weeks. March 28th (also my birthday 8) ) in Katrineholm, doing a joint gig with some mates who are doing their live debut. We're soul & funk-psychedelia, they're poppy indie garage rock. 8)

My band is playing in Oxford (UK) with original post-punkers Zounds and contemporary punk types Yorkshire Rats on 18 April at the Cellar. Do come along. I intend to give my TVL JM its first live outing.

Atlanta folks!

I'm playing with Frosted Orange at the Kirkwood Spring Fling, Saturday May 16, 9pm.
kirkwoodfling.com

We are former members of Noot d' Noot and current members of Purkinje Shift and Haunted House. It's a fun band, and I'll be on bass. I play a StingRay, so no offset gear on my side of the stage, but there will be a Firebird in action most of the set. Also, our synth player is always "offset", if you know what I mean. I mean, synth players, am I right?!

Image

Edit: I noticed at rehearsal last night that my StingRay is actually offset. So there!

May just come down and check you guys out, you need an offset bass. I could bring one of mine, this is my favorite.

My current project has quite a busy July. For what we're used to, at least. :whistle:

http://www.soundcloud.com/wearecapefear" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

7/16 - Brick + Mortar @ Club Cafe in Pittsburgh, PA.
7/24 - Playing a crowded bill at Rock City in Parma, OH.
7/26 - TV Girl at the Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland, OH.

Come on out, if anyone is near! Would love to talk gear and bullshit with anyone. 8)
