Thanks both of you. of Montreal was new to me- not sure how- but I've dug a little deeper into the catalog. Sunlandic Twins didn't quite connect with me yet, but I'll be spending a little more time with Kevin Barnes, that's for sure.
Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

Fun fact: When he was in high school, Kevin Barnes played drums in a band whose guitar player was Mark Tremonti. You know, from Creed.

The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

Surfer Rosa!

I enjoyed the Violet Femmes episode quite a bit too.

Lately I have really been enjoying Andrew Talks To Awesome People. Also on Youtube, and a few other places.

Long-ass, nerdy interviews with John Leckie, Alan Moulder, and other recording/mixing/producing legends? Yes, please.

I particularly enjoyed the Tucker Martine episode. If I ever have an actual budget to hire a producer for a project...
