Anyone try one? Thoughts? Opinions?

My mom said I could get one effect pedal for christmas, well actually I have a 200 dollar budget to spend on effects, What would you all spend 200 on for effects?

It basically sounds like a Marshall. I like mine, but it's a little noisy.

Just few days ago i was writing about this pedal inthis thread
When I bought English Muff'n (used) it has already one 12ax7 and one 12ay7 (the stock EM has two 12ay7).
Then I try (to experiment) to restore the stock tubes it sounds wonderful but with not enough gain range for my needs with single coil guitars.
So I swap again the 12ax7 and it can be really an overdrive AND distortion in a box, but the sound become a little too thin with high gain imho.
It's a very sensitive pedal, every little regolation can dramatically change the "size" and the balance of the sound, especially with single coil.
From the other side, thanks to the tubes (high voltage alimented) it gives really warmth to the tone.
Another thing, with the Bassman LTD it's impossible to keep the muff'n highs over 2 or 3. Otherwise: Mosquito attack!!
