My ring mod is silent, DMM hisses like crazy, big muffs were quiet, if i had my volume down, otherwise the 60 cycle hum was pretty intense. The POg was rea;y quiet, as was the hog i tried.JazzBlaster wrote: all my pedals are EH except for one and I have no noise problems whatsoever

Re: Tremelo pedal
I would assume that you have to remove the 4 screws on the bottom.
EDIT: Some Colorsounds have 2 screws on the sides. If the one you bought is the exact one in the pic you posted then it should just be the bottom though.

Why should we buy postage stamps? We can make our own.

Re: Tremelo pedal
LOL
It looks like there are indentations where it snaps together. Looks Like Id have to use a screwdriver to kind of flex the case.
Just dont want to screw up and bend the casing.
Is there some trick to this besides swearing.

No you have to swear... and use a screw driver.

Re: Tremelo pedal
i use a pulsar too, i think it's a great pedal, but i would echo that idea that it's so tricky to find an exact setting on this pedal, because it has so many sounds in it, i have mine marked with some masking tape to remember the favourite settings.
i also love to use my moogerfooger as a tremolo, which is awesome, it works as a variable speed tremolo, changing depending on the strength of the signal coming into it, which makes it a lot of fun to play.
another tremolo favourite of mine is the built in vibrato on my peavey delta blues, which when on and in opposition to my other amp, makes a huge thick doppler effect type of sound which is killer!!

Re: Tremelo pedal
that is one good tremolo, I wanted to buy it but I ended up with stereo pulsar which I dont like that much...batchainpuller wrote: I have a chance to purchase a used Catalinbread Semaphore Tremolo for ~$130 US so I think I'll probably grab it..
Are there any differences between early and more contemporary versions of this pedal? Any cosmetic changes that may help to identify the era in which it was produced?
