Re: your effects setup?
Many thanks!
I've been going through a pedal re-shuffle...during the past couple of years things got a bit out of hand effects-wise, so it's nice to get back to the essentials.

Latest iteration now that I've got the Joe Gore Cult, lots of range between that and the Fulltone 69 using my guitar's volume knob, super fun

Hey thanks!!
It's an RMC4...works really well with fuzzes as it has the buffer thing built-in. Picked it up fairly cheap a while ago as it was a bit banged up.

Re: your effects setup?
I know I've posted in this thread probably too many times, but my board has suddenly taken a turn for the hilarious. I picked up a POG2 last week for CHEEP, so I added it to my board, but not just any board, my TABLE BOARD. This way I can futz with the sliders in real time. However, when I was putting this monstrosity together I was using a 1Spot for the 16 Second Delay and POG along with the Supacharger for the main board. This created a horrible ground hum, so I did the only sensible thing and dropped $200 on a PedalPower 2+ so I could run all this crap together.
Now the Supacharger is powering the table pedals, and since I had plenty of power available I decided to throw the Vox Delay Lab up there too for some ultra looping goodness, so I can go full XZIBIT "I heard you like loops" with the Delay Lab and 16 Second Delay back to back.
Anyways, a picture and then the chain:
Guitar -> EHX POG2 -> JHS Pulp 'n Peel v3 -> ZVex Double Rock -> Big Cheese Fuzz Clone -> JHS Muffuletta -> Ernie Ball Vol/Tuner -> MXR Script Phase 90 -> Walrus Julia Chorus -> Way Huge Supa-Puss -> TC Electronics HOF2 Reverb -> Vox Delay Lab -> Maneco Sweet 16 (EHX 16 Second Delay clone w/Moog exp pedal controlling time) -> Amp
I don't gig at all, so this is all staying in the basement, but I feel like I've crossed some sort of line with the board now, and I'm waiting for it to gain sentience like Skynet or something.

There's something very wholesome about seeing a board with an original Klon AND some Boss pedals on it. A true mark of someone who cares not about others' opinions.

I still run one of the old Pitchblack's on my gigging board and an old TU-2 at home. Tunes just fine. Why would you need to 'upgrade'? In tune is in tune.

Exactly… I have 2 Pitchblacks - an old one like you that I’ve had forever and a mini - and they’re fantastic… quick and accurate.johnnysomersett wrote: ↑Wed Jul 20, 2022 2:59 amI still run one of the old Pitchblack's on my gigging board and an old TU-2 at home. Re: your effects setup?
I am 10000% with you guys, I love them little Pitchblacks...and before they came out, I used to have the old larger version (which nowadays is on my little brother's board).
In the past few years I've gone through some insane board setups with some occasional uber-rare lineups...but the old Korgs did the job!
For example, this is from July 2018...
