So, I sorta side-posted about one of these recently, but finally got a chance to try at full volume, and I ordered a pair of them; one for the practice room, one for home.
I ordered a pair of these from a seller online, but they arrived with Donner's particular model/logo for their version of it, but no company indicated. Strange, but fun.
And nothing beats Bustain.
I bought them to stack on top of a low-gain Rat. Was surprised to find it wasn't working for me at the rehearsal room, maybe next week I can tune it in. I usually use a Green Russian or NYC for this, and I'm guessing the NYC's increased scoop works in my favor, and the GR's unique lower-gain personality is different. Rat+Stylish sounded a little too blown out and ragged for what I was looking for, but it's fantastic on its own.
I've had limited experience with Triangle Muffs. I know this is the same as the Mooer.
Didn't the Mooer come out before the EHX Triangle RI? How does it compare?
