Somehow it doesnt strike right with me doing sonic youth style like this. Like part of their sound is perhaps that its not quite in tune and prepared guitar too. I dont know your tuning systems though- i approximate that by tuning the top two strings to the third string- sure doesnt take long and there's something in organically resonating unisons that are slightly out of tune that might not be nailed by a pitch shifter- i predict some disappointment if thats the vibe you want, although it is only a prediction.

On the other hand, pitch shifters not being able to cope with accurately transposing things is a whole world of glitchy goodness.

I would love someone to make a product like this for it to not work at all as intended.

It's obviously not a glitchy pitch shifter, but I always thought the Csidman was cool as hell.
