RV-3 is still the best reverb/delay value for money ever. Don't know why they split that into two pedals, or discontinued it. Sigur Ros...Radiohead...it defined post rock

Yeah, the RV-3 is a fun pedal. It always felt weird to me and sounded clangy, but in a good way. It's a good pedal for experimenting. A friend of mine years ago used to take his to karaoke booths and get weird with it.
This is an excellent rectangle

It's not particularly unique or anything, but the ODB-3 is one of my favourite dirt pedals for guitar or bass. Big, gainy, doomy distortion, but still loads of detail and crispiness. Bass and treble controls, along with a blend knob make it super usable too.

Ha, yes, I'm interested in everyones opinion. Certainly a pedal that will have a ton of attention and controversity, right? The demo sounds great to me and it seems very versatile for a fuzz but... I mean, why didn't they just give us the Waza Hyper Fuzz FZ-2w everyone's asking for for years?

From a first look, i’m very interested in this FZ-1w. The other waza pedals are excellent in my view, so i have high expectations from this one.
I really like that it leans more towards the FZ-3 in styling and functionality.

After 14 years Boss discontinued the RE-20 Space Echo this week. Maybe they'll release an updated version like an RE-200!

I wasn’t aware of this, but your suggestion sounds likely. From a business perspective alone you would think they’ll reintroduce the Space Echo name in some form.sunburster wrote: ↑Thu Nov 04, 2021 3:39 pmAfter 14 years Boss discontinued the RE-20 Space Echo this week. I think the Boss Phaser is actually pretty cool.

I love the TR2. I wanted it for one thing, and it does that thing perfectly.
Swapped my pedalboard for an MS3 a couple of years ago. Brilliant to replace delay & modulation in a single box, using it like a pedalboard so I can have up to 5 effects on/off across 4 different channels. Not spent enough time with it and it’s a bit frustrating to tweak settings quickly (an issue with all multi-fx I guess), so nowhere near getting the best out of it. That said the sounds are more than good enough to gig with & it’s reduced the weight of my gear I have to lug about on the tube for practice etc.

I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

I'd like to see them come up with something that can compete with the Strymon El Capistan in terms of size and modulation features. I like the RE-20, but it's definitely not in the same league. I can't find any evidence of it having been discontinued though.JVG wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 4:23 amI wasn’t aware of this, but your suggestion sounds likely. The concept art (fan-made I believe) has been floating around a few years. It's still one of my favorite designs.Jazzmastervsjaguar wrote: ↑Tue Jan 11, 2022 5:43 amOh man a compact version of the space echo would be awesome!

Someone could build this, right? The algorithms & chips must be easily available. (I have no idea if this statement is true, or how it would be done, just going on the current computing power the average teenager can play with). I suppose you could easily load software into a pedal form but that would be ott.Shadoweclipse13 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 11, 2022 7:11 amThe concept art (fan-made I believe) has been floating around a few years. Reminds me of seeing Pink Floyd’s pedalboards where their tech built separate pedals into single boards.
