This is all I can think of right now, please add to the list if you can.

Edit: No one else has any links? How about links to where you get your kits or PCB's or parts  from?

Why should we buy postage stamps? We can make our own.

DIY Stompboxes, with a wiki and a forum: http://www.diystompboxes.com/wb/

BYOC, they're more about the kits but I think you can get circuit boards from them too: http://www.buildyourownclone.com/index.html

Small Bear, I hear they're good for parts and they'll buy in the US and ship o/s: http://www.smallbearelec.com/home.html

Runoff Groove have schematics: http://www.runoffgroove.com/

MonkeyFX Guides .. explaining pedals by monkey analogy .. http://www.monkeyfx.co.uk/fxguide.html

so far I've been very happy with pedalpartsplus (extremely good service and fast shipping), effects connection.. http://www.effectsconnection.com/oscommerce/ and smallbear though they've been much slower than the first two.

I bought a Mosfet Boost PCB from AMZ.. http://www.muzique.com/index.html and I'm very happy with the quality.. I also ordered a Rat PCB from Tonepad and a Shin Ei PCB from GGG and will report back once I receive them. I ordered a PCB from BYOC but they cancelled it and sent me a refund, they told me they aren't selling the boards any longer.. just the kits which I find a bit expensive compared to buying the boards and parts elsewhere.

there's also 4ms and commonsound.. http://www.4mspedals.com/  http://www.commonsound.com/  I'll know more about them soon as I plan to build a tremulus stereo panneur next.

I love the Monkey FX guide Mezcalhead.

Weber Speakers has a Dallas Rangemaster Clone kit for only 20 bucks (texas cattledrive pedal). No case though, which I consider a major plus.

i´ve bought two kits from das musikding, although one of them had a few incorrect parts, i think they are good people. and their kits are really cheap.
another good source for parts in europe is banzai effects.
