But, but, but, 100% mismatch! Also, isn't there a way to make a speaker 4 ohm by adding some resistors and bubble gum or something wiring-related?

Oh no! it's bubble gum! all this time I thought it was bubble wrap! No wonder my amps keep blowing up :squint:

That's just silly. Bubble wrap only works for wrapping your tubes to extend their lifespan while your amp is cranked. Idiot...

interesting that your blackline does not have drip edge trim. was it removed, or could it be from just before they started doing that trim...?

It's not the original head shell. I might put trim on it though hehe

poorer, perhaps. but getting richer by the month! quite worthy of the moniker. we just don't see many of them here in the SW US.

what's the average price for a bassman 50? It's pretty diffcult to find one, especially one that ships it to me...

5 years ago I paid 400 quid for my tatty master volume modded one.
