That’s an absolute steal. They’re all valve I think? So no worries about software problems.
About as good a sound you’re gonna get from an Orange head I think, too.

I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

Yep, all valve them. I had one for a while and it was a great little beast. I'll likely buy another at some point
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

yeah I've just got it back from my amp tech and it's all well and good. New power tubes, correct value fuses, all good.sal paradise wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2023 11:13 amThat’s an absolute steal. They’re all valve I think? So no worries about software problems.

Sounds great. Looking forward to using it in a band rehearsal situation. I'm gonna use it in the same way as the micro terror (with the super overdrive for the faux clean channel).
Just got out of the recording studio where I've been using a Rockerverb 50, which sound fucking great but weigh an absolute ton... still tempting cos the clean channel is lush.

first gig with the OR15, very pleased. Had a lot of compliments on how it sounded too.

I'm still surprised you didn't find it loud enough for you, I know your drummer is loud but our Dan ain't exactly a mouse.
I had the gain and volume both below 12 O'clock

To be fair, one would probably be loud enough for Mouser but I'm happy with the Bassman, especially now I've put a master volume in to appease soundpeople. Not small enough to be hauling on a train or anything but it's not massive or crazy heavy.garyptaszek wrote: ↑Fri Feb 17, 2023 11:53 amthat you did, well met.johnnysomersett wrote: ↑Fri Feb 17, 2023 9:04 amTold yagaryptaszek wrote: ↑Fri Feb 17, 2023 5:43 amfirst gig with the OR15, very pleased.
