NAD a while back AC10C1 and also a Burny Super grade gold top

So I have been purchasing gear again this year: so far I have picked up this AC10 from Peter on here, the LP pictured from username badform on here and 2 rats, an EQD dunes, an EHX crayon, a ts-9clone, and an EQD plumes. I haven't been in the sharing mood much lately but here's a shot of the Burny and Vox. The Burny is a 1980 and it has the fattest neck ever but for some reason I like to play it which is not the norm if you know me and how much i complain about fat necks.

This one has upgraded tubes and a weber blue in it that was designed for these as a replacement, it's got a lovely sound. I tend to run it through a 2x12 vox cab with warehouse vets in it most of the time. It's a great little combo and doesn't hurt the back to move around.

I’ve got the same Amp, with the Weber Special Design Spkr for AC-10’s too. I upgraded the Tubes to Tung Sols. It’s a great little Amp.. This little Amp is a secret bullet!

It’s as loud as my 65 PRRI & almost as loud as my AC-15 with Alnico Blue (which also has upgraded Tubes)…

Ooh, someone's been on a little spree I see...well done you!

I want to know about the Rats, predictably. Your White Face is in notably better condition than my swamp-monster one :D
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

I know this is the amp section but that Burny looks ace! I’ve been quietly coming around to goldtops and that one ticks all the boxes.

It's a nice guitar, it's one of the early ones i guess they were 1978-1980 where you can only date them via the pickups and those are REALLY nice btw. It came with the og case as well. This is the first guitar I have ever used the bridge pup on extensively too so it's definitely an eye opener. The finish is fading on the upper arm area but it's hard to see in that pic. It's definitely 40 plus years old.

my older rat is an 86 and it's way more aged than it looks in that picture(it's rusted up but not as much as yours is!), i've had it for a long long time. It's easily the best sounding rat I've ever owned but since i covet it so much I bought the 92 Rat2 to use instead of it for all of the shows I am not playing hahaha. The other rat is a 2011 and has the newer opamp in it, i got it for so cheap i couldn't pass on it.

When I run it through my vox 2x12 cab it's like a mini ac30 and the chime factor is REAL. It seems to love a really dialed back Rat with the Burny or my Jaguar with the EQD dunes on bright mode. Overall I am pleased with my return to the chime, it had been a decade since my last foray into vox amps.
