I have secured a pair of amps that I should be able to collect Tuesday evening. I'm not paying much for them and they are not my usual affair. I have owned one of these back in the 90's (I paid £40 for it I think) then traded it in towards a red knob twin.

Two Clues:

1) They do not have black Tolex (both are different colours as well)
2) They were launched in the 70's

Getting further away now. A couple more clues:

1) The main one of the pair (the most commonly seen one as well) has essentially a Fender AB763 tonestack - bar some small component value changes.

2) No valves.

Well dang, the only other thing I can think right now is about as far from the Gorilla as you could get, and that's a Jimmy Bean. But I might poo myself that turns out to be the case (also I'm only aware of the single denim "color scheme").
