Cheap amp recommendations
I need a 3rd amp for my guitar workshop, I'd like to spend somewhere in the ballpark of +/- $200. I'd happily buy a used amp. I like Fender-ish clean toanz, I'd use it alone or with a vintage Boss GT-5. Tubes are nice, but not necessary; hybrids could be cool. Low power, low volume is a plus. What should I look out for? my studio rig is a heavily modded Fender Blues Jr and a black panel Deluxe Reverb reissue- Ideally, I'd like something else in that sonic ballpark.

I had the head version of the VHT Special 6 for a while. That’s an ok cheapie for practice, etc… It didn’t quite hold together at band volume though, which is why I moved it on.

Laney amps from the 90s are usually a bargain. I just got a 2x10" VC30 for 220€.

You wouldn't just stick with a Fender solid state amp? I had a Champion 20 for a minute, and a lot of people rave about how it's great bang for buck at about $100 new. I have this ugly red Frontman 25R with a spring reverb tank that was about the same price new, and those go pretty cheap used. It's got nice clean toanz.

There’s a tonne of used stuff in that pricerange.
If you want a clean tube amp that could function as a pedal platform too, I’d check out old Peavey stuff (like the deuce, classic, artist).
The Boss Katana are pretty popular for modern SS amps.
I always liked the Vox Valvetronix series. A Pathfinder or such would be cool too.
