Hello!
Hi, I'm Michael. I'm a college student living in Chicago, and in my free time I like to skate and attempt to play my guitar, a J. Mascis Jazzmaster. I'm pretty hyped on it and for my music taste its perfect. Glad to be a part of this forum

Re: Hello!
Welcome to the forum, Chicago is a great city, my wife is from Evanston so we get up there quite a bit to see her family. What are you studying?
Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

Re: Hello!
i went to the school of the art institute of chicago for a year.
i also studied with the architecture students at cranbrook art acedemy (i was in the print department)
i'm going to chime in and tell you this. my childhood dream was to be either an architect or a landscape designer.
i ended up going the fine art route because it seemed easier.
i am now in my mid 30's and i regret it greatly!
i now realize architecture is not that difficult and if you have original well thought out ideas you can really stand out and make a lot of money. most architecture out there is junk and it's going to be more and more import as time passes.
don't give up and persue it if that's what you're into !!
