Re: Forgot how much I love Teles, AKA Tele Appreciation Thre
I'm not really a tele fan, but I don't know if anyone's posted this one yet:
That one could make me a convert.
I like the thinlines, and I've never seen one with dual gold Filtertron pickups and B/B before. This thing is bling!
Still not sure I could really ever buy a guitar with a hard tail, though.

Thanks, guys! It was really love at the first sight! I love the surfgreen, rosewood neck and the white binding combo.willc wrote:That is a sweet looking Tele.

I'm thinking of adding a Tv Jones Classic in the bridge position, though, or maybe a S90 or other P90 type in it...

Re: Forgot how much I love Teles, AKA Tele Appreciation Thre
Love the fiesta red thin skin in the original post and especially the surf green one in the post above me, binding gets me every time. I'm going to start building a surf green or daphne blue Tele or Esquire some time in the very near future but for right now I'm getting along just fine with my CVC Tele. Awesome guitar, best Squier I've ever played and they come up for great prices used because of the name on the headstock.
