Y'know, you could buy that saying that you thought it was a Bass VI and then sue them for false advertisements.

The legal fees and time involved would be a lot more than it would be worth.
Why should we buy postage stamps? We can make our own.

I have one of these. It is a Jag baritone custom, not a bass VI. Fender released the Jaguar baritone HH and called it and strung it as a baritone. The Jag baritone custom you see here was their original baritone but was strung E to E like a bass VI only with a 28 1/2 inch scale.
I restrung it with baritones since I did not want a bass VI but a real baritone.
Fender decided to rename it the Jag Bass VI (distinguishing it from a Bass VI) but never even changed the name on the peghead from baritone custom.
I dont care since I love mine.
But anyone looking for a bass VI with the longer scale and 3 pickups wont find it here.
And 699 was the price.
