Curtis Novak Jaguar "Fats"

Post by Infliktor » Sat Mar 10, 2007 7:43 pm

I just heard Curtis's new Jag pickups that he created to go in my new Masterbuilt (Lime Sparkle).

They sound fantastic. Very Big Sound!!

Heavier guage wire, I think and taller magnets

Is it possible to upload soundclips?

Curtis is awesome

Until I find a way to upload the two clips, you can PM me and I can email them to you.

Or if you have a way to put them on a website let me know

I asked Curtis if we could send these to Dave Wronski of Slacktone to test them out.  He created these two  clips

One is 3 meg the other is 1 meg

Check out esnips Infliktor. Tweez inadvertently turned me on to this place the other day. It's easy to use and hassle free.

I works now, but because of the surf style with all the reverb i just cant evaluate the sound of the pickups.
Nice playing though.  :)

Sounds good!

Not as ice-picky as stock PUPs, near as I can tell.

Very cool surf jams.
It would be cool, too, if you could upload some clips without reverb--maybe even a little dirt.

It's cool that Novak is continually making more pickups for the Jag and JM.
