white Jaguar knobs
Some months after completing my USCG Bass VI project one of our forumites stereordinary (Paul) let us know he was developing white Jaguar style knobs.
I recently purchased some and have now fitted them to my USCG Bass VI. The white knobs which Paul has manufactured are superb and except for the colour are exact replicas of the standard black phenolic Jaguar knob. Paul's first batch of knobs have a matt finish and I believe he has looked into gloss finishes but at this stage I do not think he has them in (limited) production. No matter, the matt finish knobs are perfect and feel/look like they are vintage that have been worn in (M@J@). I would like to publicly thank Paul for his little side project with the knobs.
[If you wish to purchase some knobs from stereordinary (Paul), then PM him or check out his thread in the for sale section]

Outstanding! Does Stereo have the tooling to mass produce them if they were to explode
with popularity? (you never know) I hope it lines his pockets with gold, great work!
I must say that Bass VI is incredible, and those white knobs are cherry on the cake.

Re: white Jaguar knobs
Seeing my knobs on your Bass VI is an honest-to-God dream come true. The very first time I saw it, I knew I just had to get some of them on there. I could stop making them today and be totally satisfied with what I've accomplished. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I'm actually playing with the idea of another project, and those knobs would be perfect.

Lovely looking!
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

Yeah really sweet -- I'm tempted to buy some for an effects pedal I'm building now -- slightly extravagant, but unique, I like that.

Re: white Jaguar knobs
I've thought about it, but I'm more interested in making parts that aren't available anywhere else. I will be making some three-spoke Strat/Jazzmaster knobs and no-hole Jazzmaster pickup covers. I'm open to other ideas and commissions as well, but generally I'm focusing on parts that I need for my projects that I also think could be sold independently.
