Mezcal head

Dude, I just got a VHS tape with a swerve driver video on it, apparently form an albumn named after you.  I bet its totally sweet!  Never heard them before, but if they're down with the forum, they must rock.
I prefer their older stuff.

What's the track? You're probably in for a treat!

If you want to try more Swervedriver, last years' Juggernaut Rides compilation is a good start .. if it makes you want to get all the albums, it's still nice to have since it's half B-sides.

I think JUGGERNAUT rides is the only SD track I don't have (B-Side for Rave Down?)
There's also live versions of their Albums for FREE here: http://www.swervedriver.com/downloads.asp
some of it is just mind-blowing. enjoy.

Hey, thanks for that!
I got into Swervedriver because of a tape that came with some magazine once (hmm..."who was born when and what was he called by whom?"). It contained a demo version of Son of Mustang Ford. Quite nice to compare with the official version. If anyone wants to hear it I could probably locate that tape and burn an mp3.

I think that's actually on Juggernaut Rides IIRC.

There are two demo versions of Son of Mustang Ford floating around.  The one on Juggernaut Rides is awful IMO.  At least compared to the other demo version I have which I like as much as the version that made it to Raise.  The only place I've ever seen or heard the other version I have is on a compilation of B-sides called Surreal - Serene (which I did artwork for) put together by a guy on the old Swervedriver email list.

Yes.  Adam Franklin played a '63 JM exclusively.  I only ever saw him playing something else in the Son of Mustang Ford video where it looks as though he's palying a Zemaitis or Zemaitis copy.
