any of you guys like them? i just picked up their first 2 CD's at the Thrift stoe for only a buck each!

i kinda like them, punk grunge! :D

very very like Dinosaur Jr. probably because the 2 albums are both produced by J. Mascis!

I'm pretty sure I've seen them, or at least a band called Buffalo Tom .. "Taillights Fade", right?

Good band, I saw them at Reading in '92, I met them too, and Pavement, they signed my shirt 'happy 17th' (it was my birthday) :D

Just be glad I finally learned how to change a thread title. ;)

Anyway, I was a major BT fan in the nineties; they were quite big in this country, at least among the indie music lover crowd.  It's one of those bands I was in to when I changed from vinyl to CDs, so I have their stuff on big and little discs. IIRC not only did Mascis produce those albums, but he also played a part, on a song called "impossible" which is either on their first or second album.

There was a tiny venue/pub in Leeds called The Duchess Of York. Legendary place!. I saw them there. Bill Janovitz didn't use a tremelo, he bent the neck by hand. It was a really cool gig!
That club had so many good bands play there. Nirvana played in '89 on their first ill-fated UK tour. Missed that one!!! Saw them the following year at the Poly though!!

I saw Therapy? supported by Hole aswell. Before she got her claws onto Kurt. I hate to say it but Hole were really good. She even got her tits out. Now there's a surprise!!

Pretty On The Inside - Hole. Babyteeth - Therapy? Two class albums!!

Oh and Birdbrain rocks!!! Directive is a great, great track.

If you've not got it yet, I suggest you do.

Yeah Therapy are/were a class act. Badyteeth & Pleasure Death are both awesome. I recently got outbid at the last minute for a CD of Babyteeth on ebay. I've got em both on vinyl but my decks bust. Might check if its there now actually!

How bizarre. I have the radio on in the background, and Taillights Fade is played now.
