excellent...change the tires, give it an oil change...change the air filter and also replace the old brakepads...you should be good to go!

  I'm still new here, but is this what they refer to as a "thread hijacking"? :D
  Since there are a lot of purists out there, I'll pose this question...  Is it too much of an abomination to put a vintage neck on a brand spanking new 2006 Japanese JM?

no that's upgrading.. hopefully with the intent of matching it back up with correct parts later  ;)


adding an after market neck to a vintage guitar is downgrading
