I am thinking of picking one up to go alongside my mahogany LTD. What do you guys think of this one?

Of all the offset Tele variants, that’s one of the prettiest I’ve seen. Go for it!

I don’t love the alternate reality series or whatever they are called but I do like this.

This isn’t normally my thing, but this particular example is VERY well executed. That looks like a lot of fun!

First night in the house and absolutely a tone rocket. I can't believe how good this thing sounds and plays.

Re: Fender Japan Korina Offset Telecaster
I picked up one of these a few weeks back. Here are my thoughts and observations so far:
* It's very heavy, probably close to 9 lbs. I have another korina guitar that is quite light, but I knew this series was pretty heavy so I am not disappointed.
* The necks are pretty darn big. It's for sure the fattest neck I own. Despite that, even with my small hands it's very comfortable.
* The frets are vintage-sized (i.e. small). Another spec that I wouldn't have chosen for myself, but I don't really mind it.
* The sound is great. Sounds similar to the Youtube demos that a few retailers put up.
* The P90s are relatively low-output and aren't hum cancelling in the middle position.
* The truss rod is adjustable at the neck heel.
* The grain is beautiful and totally different to my other korina guitar. I wonder what explains the massive difference in look and weight between two guitars of ostensibly the same wood.
* It comes with an insubstantial gig bag.
I already have two other P90 guitars so eventually I plan to try mini-humbuckers and/or T-Armonds in this guitar at some point.
