I just stumbled upon these guys. At first I was like this: But pretty soon, I was more like this:

I'm not always into prog, but when I do, I'm into Moundrag.
Put a big smile on your face: Moundrag.

Quel bordel. I can't imagine putting in my 10k hours in order to produce something so slavishly unoriginal. They bring nothing new to the genre and proudly announce it with a dress code. Totally not my thing.
At least it is live & skilled musicianship; save for the flat singing in many parts.

That was fun !
I didn't notice their presence on the Transmusicales lineup, this festial always plays unknown bands alongside future greats (they had one of Nirvana's first french gigs) , but I never thought they'd also have two 20 yo brothers from a small town in Britanny playing prog in period outfits, this seems kinda off.
They're quite good, but this really feels like people playing lute music in medieval clothes at a renaissance fair.

Haha, yeah, true. I thought it's a bit cute. Also all the epic gestures of the drummer when he stretches out his arm while singing and making a face like a little choir boy. I like how they're taking themselves not too seriuous while having a blast at performing something they love.
