They are alnico FB pickups, yes, modeled after Joe's Firebird I. It sounds great. Better than the ones on Gibson Firebirds of the past 20 years or so (but I admit I haven't played the newest, so if they changed them, kudos).

So.. The truss rod tightens to the left. Wtf? Im confused..

Ignore my last post, this has a dual action truss rod.

So it turns the nut becomes completely loose and but you keep going clockwise and then it starts tightening...

I posted that after a quick obviously completely wrong visual inspection :fp:
