NGD: Novo Miris J
It took a little while to get here given it was ordered in May ish time last year, however i am ever patient and as it turns out happy that i waited (also helped with saving for it)... in what turned out to be a 360 mile round day trip from Leeds to Stevenage (with a side trip to Ely to pick up my amp from a friend) and my first visit to Coda Music!
And one with my other two electrics!

Re: NGD: Novo Miris J
It definitely has more spank than my Jaguar and acoustically it is rather resonant. I have yet to play it at gig levels through an amp, though clean it (and probably mainly due to the Fralin Alnico Pole P90s) has a warm sound with a certain sparkle on top. It is also a much lighter guitar than my Jag which in itself is no real heavyweight. Most certainly a guitar i will not be letting go in a hurry!

God, that Novo is cool!!
I really like what Dannis Fano is doing with them and Rivolta.

That thing looks killer! I'm personally waiting on my Serus J with Lollar imperials, but probably it's 5-7 more months until I get it..Velouria wrote: ↑Sat Jan 25, 2020 5:44 pmIt took a little while to get here given it was ordered in May ish time last year, however i am ever patient and as it turns out happy that i waited (also helped with saving for it)... in what turned out to be a 360 mile round day trip from Leeds to Stevenage (with a side trip to Ely to pick up my amp from a friend) and my first visit to Coda Music!

I have probably quite close sounding guitar to your Novo, in my Fano GF6 with JM-style tremolo (not mastery though) and Fralin P90s. That guitar has been my #1 since getting it.

Re: NGD: Novo Miris J
Yeah they do seem to take a while, but they are well worth the wait! Rather pleased I changed my order to black... Originally it was going to be ocean turquoise, but then I rather liked the idea of it being more a guitar for all occasions and black is the colour for thatKihtaristi wrote: ↑Mon Jan 27, 2020 2:37 amThat thing looks killer! Black sure is pure class and for all occasions. My guitar is gonna be little more blingy since the colour is sherwood green fade and it will have pearloid pickguard.Velouria wrote: ↑Mon Jan 27, 2020 3:12 pmYeah they do seem to take a while, but they are well worth the wait! Green fade and pearloid sound like a perfect match! Look forward to seeing it here!Kihtaristi wrote: ↑Mon Jan 27, 2020 11:02 pmBlack sure is pure class and for all occasions.
