Re: Pick your one guitar, one pedal and one amp...
Jazzmaster -> JHS Double Barrel (Is that cheating?) -> Imperial MkII
I'd probably pick my '65 AV thin skin over my '59 same variety, just because I like the '65 pickups better.
Set the Morning Glory side of the JHS pretty clean, almost just like a compressor, then use the other side to drive. Probably using the Blackface side of the Imperial almost exclusively... though no more pedals means maybe I use the Lead side more.

From what I own...Gretsch 6128T 1959 -> Industrialectric rm-1n* -> tone king imperial amp.
* pedal choice based on the fact it has excellent dirt and reverb but tempted to change to a delay since amp has reverb (though more subtle) and drive (if you turn it up impossibly loud) in which case probably would change to 80 Tape Limbo 3 delay or dr scientist Bitquest. Amp has amazing trem so covered there.

I think I already answered but I’m going again.
1966 Lake Placid Blue Jazzmaster > one of those Line6 M39 or whatever they call the biggest one with the most effects/switches > Sunn Model T
If processors aren’t allowed and I have to pick a single effect it’d probably be a Boss DD-20 or Line6 DL-4 and in real life would probably never use one of those big Line6 gimmicks but it’d make sense to have access to a bunch of different effects in a single enclosure if I was forced to choose.

From my own gear:
Highway 1 Telecaster (Not fancy but time served), Sovtek black russian big muff, Laney VC-15.
Had a hard time deciding between the Muff and my Boss HM-2
