I'm a few months late for an answer but thank you for your comments .
The good news is I still have the guitar and it ain't going anywhere. It's a joy to look at, to play and a joy to hear, soooo deep and resonnant!! It's actually incredible with fuzz.
I am particularly in love with how the G string sounds : it's magical, all the western movie songs + Brian Jonestown massacre leads + something else I can't describe in one string !
Now I'm looking at other Welson Playboy guitars
