I’ve wanted a Rat with a dry signal blend forever and I see Jam Pedals added a bass version of the Rattler to their lineup. I’d really like to try such a thing for guitar but it would definitely not break my heart if it worked best for bass. Gonna be a while before I can afford one though.

Boss CE-1. I had one but it was finnicky although it sounded beautiful when it worked. I'll eventually get another one.

I also want a Roland RE-501

Before that I'll probably get a Julia chorus.

if i was some douche, i would say something like #investment. but at this point, im more curious what kinda person has that much to drop on a single pedal. i know reverb prices are usually more optimistic than anywhere by about 10%, but even after you've knocked off 10%, that's still a $2160 pedal.

It’s about time I stop thinking about getting an Afterneath (Earthquakes Devices) pedal and just pull the trigger and go buy one.

After several months of it, I’m not a huge fan. There are so many pedals on my board that A) sound better and B) are more practical.

Including but not limited to: EP Booster, Dimension C, TC Electronic Flashback X4, Boss Feedback Booster, Diamond Compression.

Have you tried the EQD Levitation? It's definitely different than the Afterneath, but still quite unique.

I’ve wondered about that pedal for a while now, but I have quite a few reverb pedals already, and I’m trying to build a tube reverb now.

I will say that I’m very impressed with my newest one, the Meris Mercury 7. But it’s not for everyone.

I also love the Dimension-C waza (and the Fromel Seraph).

I've wondered about the afterneath too.
Had a plan to replace the EHX hazarai that i've had for a decade now. The EQDs are much better sounding.

EQD avalance run would replace the majority of the regular delays
There is a particular 'early reflections' or 'reverse reverb' sound you can get on hazarai on the reverse setting, voices cranked.
I'd hoped the avalance was that and more.
And plus a looper, now there is the Chase Bliss Blooper, which can do all that pitch and speed and filter stuff nothing else does except the hazarai (except a boomerang maybe?).

I went cheap and got a TC dimension recently. I'd figure i'd buy another if went stereo, but i really like it anyway.

There are plenty of others like the Meris now, just endless pedals. Source audio release some interesting things. endless...i've not been researching.

Maybe i'd scrap the whole idea and delve into entirely new delay and reverse verb options. Someone could hand me a free pass and i'd replace my board entirely, probably. So i figured stop researching.
Particularly i wanted to replace my cloned Fuzz War, that broke, yet I was maybe 85% happy with that and something else may work better.

A decent analog delay that has all the features that I want, Rubberneck came close. There are a couple out there that I have my eye on but can't afford to try right now.

A fuzz pedal that just feels right, but also has decent gate effect that is adjustable, variable mids and octave. I'm sure it is out there just gave up looking.

A decent wah, there are a few I have my eye on but again like everything comes down to funds.

If I had the money I wouldn't need to post in this thread at all. :fp:
If OSG has tort me anything...

I always neglect wah.
I feel like i should try some spacey envelope filter at least. Its never been a part of my sound...yet. I did used to crave the ehx bass microsynth, but i see so many better stuf coming out now. I'm not sure about a regular pedal wah, although controlling an envelope filter with a pedal might be cool.

For about 15 years I've been trying to find a LastGasp Rattle Crow. I played one in a shop in Buffalo, NY, and was enamored with it. But they wanted $180, if I remember right. So I thought, meh, I'll hold off. So yeah, 15 years go by and finally one comes up on Reverb for $525.

It's not that great, I keep telling myself.
