NAD: Nano Amp Day!
It's arrived!! It's wee, it's blue, it was made fifteen years ago! Seriously, it's got a date of 10-03 on it.
No cab to plug it into yet, so just the joke built-in speaker. But damn, it's pretty and prett heavy for such a tiny thing.

So cute! The littlest member of Tiny Amp Town™. I'd love one, myself.

Re: NAD: Nano Amp Day!
I jumped on it moments after I saw your post!
I have to say, the little bugger is full of way more tones and timbres than I expected. The switches make a big difference in you sound and are super-interactive with each other, the volume of the amp and the volume of the guitar. It almost seems silly to try it with pedals, as I still haven't unlocked the variety of all the flavors this amp puts out.
Any Nano users have any tips or favorite settings?

I do use boost pedals with it to get it into liquid sustain, but many times I just plug in and ride my volume knob.
My favourite setting when I play it with a boost, is with the volume knob pointing at the "a" of the "Nano"..bright switch on, medium man, and the middle brightness setting.
I hit it with a boost for high gain stuff.
Each guitar I have sounds like itself through that little dude...love it.

Out of curiosity, what cabinet are you using? I love the crispness of Hartke cabs but I also don’t know shit.

Re: NAD: Nano Amp Day!
Thanks! I can't wait to get it its own cab and speaker.
So far, my favorite guitar to use with it is my Fatdog Dano/Silvertone Maple Mutant. I don't think I've heard a guitar timbre quite like it, but damn, it is SWEET.
That crazy Spartan sure knows his Z Vex stuff!

Re: NAD: Nano Amp Day!
I'm just plugging it into the Weber speaker in my Secret Agent amp, until I get a homebrew all pine and spruce cab to go wth a 10" THD speaker I had lying around that was going to be a Princeston clone.

Re: NAD: Nano Amp Day!
This amp is utterly amazing. With just the tiniest bit of tweaking, it makes every guitar sound great. There are loads of timbres in this wee monster amp.
From twang to jangle to crunch to roar, this thing does it all. Without making my tinnitus worse!

Oof. I want one... I mean, not saying that if anyone finds one for a decent price they should let me know... I just mean that I wouldn't stop anyone from letting me know....
