New SM & Jicks ‘Sparkle Hard’

Has anyone here recently checked out the new Stephen Malkmus and The Jicks record? ‘Sparkle Hard’ is the title. Amazing production matched w/ Malkmus song writing makes for a great record. Nothing too flashy, kinda low key jammer. ‘Bike Lane’ is my jammer. The strings on ‘Solid Silk’ are tasty and ‘Future Suite’ is like sparkling water. Peep it! I’m seeing them live in late June at Cars Cradle in NC

Hell yea, it's a great album. Definitely takes a few listens to warm up to, but it's a keeper for sure. Looking forward to seeing him live later this month as well.
