NFPD!
(New faceplate day)
I've had this Ceriatone Hiwatt DR103 clone for almost 10 years now, and ever since I got it I've toyed with the idea of getting a white faceplate for it. I've done quite a few mods over the years, and the original faceplate no longer accurately described what the controls do, so I finally got around to it.
I ordered a custom plate from Modulus Amplification (price was only £20 + shipping), and installed it yesterday.
The mods I've done include adding an additional gain stage like in the OL models from the 80s, linked the normal and bright channel inputs (so I don't need a patch cable to use both at the same time), added a PPIMV, and removed the presence control (I instead wired the treble control to work more to my taste).

Looking sweet Jonas!! I remember when you ordered it back in the day! I still have my Ceriatone Tweed Deluxe from around the same time. Great, great amplifiers! And back then so cheap for what we got in the end!
Awesome!
Awesome!

That's really beautiful looking. The cleanliness of that design is just perfect. Great work.

Looks awesome, and nice to see it's still chugging along after all these years. I miss my JTM45 from them

Re: NFPD!
Thanks guys!
I’m not sure I’m keeping those knobs on it though. They’re my favorite when it comes to pedals, but I’m not sure they fit the style of the amp.
Important stuff to fuss about, I know
