I really advise you to go and buy it hit that button

I've been craving one for a while.

I'm definitely going to build one, starting is a process, i'm getting some faceplates laser cut at my school for it, if you have the resources i'd prefer to build it

+1 on the hitone

Show it off when you get it please :?

Well, Reeves has their purple speakers that are supposed to be fane clones. Those are expensive. Eminence tonkers are pretty close to fanes. You could probably save a little there if you want.

I have a tonker in my 112 cab. It pairs well with the hiwatt sound, and is loud as shit. It's a really efficient speaker. It's something to consider at any rate. Happy hunting!

Im not opposed to trying the Tonkers, I've had a couple of really good sounding Eminence speakers and there's an Eminence speaker dealer in town.

:? So sexy! I've been lusting after a hiwatt for a few years now. Diffently my next amp purchase. Let us know how you like the 30 watt power section. I've been going back and forth between getting a 30 or a 50. Mostly because I'm worried the 30 won't have the power available to have that really fast transient attack.

1x12 cab with an incredibly efficient speaker
Fanes or the purples Im a fan of

I’ve been looking for a fane 4x12 but nothing ever shows locally here in SFL

What a beauty it is though

ah, these HiTones are the only new amps I'm really interested in.

a DR103 type or a vintage Orange Or120 is next for me...decisions, decisions.

I think im going to pair it up with a 2x12 eventually.

I do have a 1x12 now with a crappy Jensen. I might get a Tonker for it for now. I won't buy the cab just yet.

Im not Richie Rich, so i need to space out my bigger purchases. :P

Ooh good to hear. I think that's a pretty decent price for the cab. I hope the seller packs it safely, and that the shipping company doesn't do any damage to it.

The guy that sold me the head, told me he had the original packaging. That's as good as it gets, i guess...

The wait begins...

Oh shit! Nice find on the cabinet. Money's just money, you'll get more...

This is a nice thread to follow. Hiwatt quests are good quests.

^I start a new job on Tuesday, im taking a bit of a pay cut actually ha! So money wont come as easy...

However my daily commute goes from a 2 hour round trip to a 12 minute round trip. All that extra time will be used up playing this amp. 8)
