Just received a pack of Gabriel Tenorio strings, 11-14-18-29-40-50, and I strung up my jazzy with them. I really like them, but the problem is is the A string intonation is EXTREMELY flat for no reason. Originally I had daddario pure nickel 11-14-18-27-37-48 and I didn't have to adjust the intonation for any other strings except the A. Here's a picture of the bridge when I had it fixed mostly, but was still flat.

Did i get sent a dud string? What should I do about this? I tried swapping to the stock American bridge but that didn't fix anything.

I've had my share of dud strings, so, yeah, it could very well be that.
Try putting another string on there, even if it's another brand to see if you can sort it out.
